Store Policies

Mistakes do happen and we try to resolve them as quickly as possible. You may write to blacknoiserecordings@gmail.com with your order confirmation number and the nature of your problem and we'll try to take care of it asap.


Our return policy is pretty simple.... you can return items for an exchange within 10 business days of the day it was shipped from our warehouse... but we don't issue refunds.
If you purchase a cd or record and it arrives at your door broken, we will exchange it for another copy of the SAME item that you had ordered.
If you purchased an item of clothing and it doesn't fit, or arrives damaged we will exchange it for a different size of the SAME item, or replace the damaged one.  But in order for you to return it,it MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION (that means no stains or smelling of cigarette smoke, or wearing it a couple days and then sending it back... come on, this is common sense, folks!!).  If we do get it back damaged, we have no choice but to send it back to you.  You break it, you buy it.  We aren't Wal-Mart, and we can't afford the loss.  Sorry!
Before sending items back to us, send us an email at blacknoiserecordings@gmail.com and let us know what has gone wrong (and please include your invoice number or order confirmation number in the email). We will give you an exchange confirmation number and the address to send the item to. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, then we'll ship you out a new one. Please DO NOT just ship us back an item without contacting us first.
